Fees
Our fees are determined based on the complexity of your case, your resources, and the reputation of the lawyer.
Depending on your case, we will propose fees tailored to your needs and your situation.

Hourly rate
We typically work at an hourly rate of 350 euros excluding VAT. Each hour of work is billed with a detailed account of the tasks performed, and supporting documents are available upon request.

Capped hourly rate
Exceptionally, we can offer to work at our usual hourly rate within the limit of a previously agreed-upon cap.

Flat fee
For certain specific procedures, the firm offers a fixed fee agreed upon in advance.

Success fee
In addition to the aforementioned terms, the firm may agree with you on a success fee, with the percentage to be determined in advance based on the gains obtained or the losses avoided.
Fee agreement
Whatever the agreed terms, we sign a fee agreement with you at the beginning of each procedure, so that you are fully informed and protected.
